We ship fast. In-stock items leave our facility within 2 business days. Once it’s out the door, carrier delivery times kick in.
Free Standard Shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Express options are available at checkout for 1–2 day delivery. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If it’s sent in multiple shipments, you’ll receive a separate email for each one. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or entering your tracking number above.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you need to change your shipping address, reach out to us right away—while it may be too late, we’ll do our best to help.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived:
- Start by double-checking that your shipping address is correct—look at your order or shipping confirmation email.
- Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered up to 2 business days before they actually arrive, so give it a little time.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to intercept or cancel it in transit. But no worries — you can return it once it arrives.
