Orders ship within 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are handled by the carrier.

Standard shipping within Canada arrives in 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout for 1–2 day delivery. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours after shipment. If there’s no movement after that, contact us and we’ll take a look.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking for each package. You’ll also receive email updates showing where your package is. If you want to check quickly, you can track your order anytime above.

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us right away. Once in transit, changes may not be possible.

Orders delivered to a freight forwarder are considered fulfilled. petpatio is not responsible for loss, damage, or issues after delivery to the forwarding address.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and resolve it accordingly.

Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Returns are available after delivery.

Orders below $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.95.
