We stand proudly behind everything we make — If something’s not working for you, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products can be returned or exchanged within that window, subject to the Terms and Conditions below.
The Return Rundown:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging (if applicable), with all original tags attached and proof of purchase included
- Returns are subject to inspection — items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be approved
- Final sale items, gift cards, and discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Only items purchased directly from petpatio.com are eligible for return — refunds are issued to the original form of payment, in accordance with local laws
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment — no exceptions.
Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed your return.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for refund
- Final sale and discounted items are non-refundable
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
While we don’t offer exchanges for online purchases, it’s easy to get what you need — just return your original item and place a new order. No need to wait for the return to be processed.
If your original discount has expired, reach out to our Customer Care team — we may be able to apply it to your new order. Please note that some one-time-use codes can’t be reissued or reused. For full details, check the terms of your original offer.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
To receive a digital Gift Card for the value of your return, contact our Customer Care team.If you'd prefer a refund to the original form of payment, the person who purchased the gift will need to start the return.
We totally understand that mistakes happen. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t take responsibility for items sent back in error and may not be able to recover or return them.
If your credit card or bank account has been closed, your refund will be issued as a Petpatio eGift Card.
