Orders at petpatio are processed shortly after purchase, which means cancellations or order changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need assistance, contact us right away at support@petpatio.com. If your order has not entered processing, we’ll do our best to help.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order will fall under our Return Policy.
