Return Policy
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll make it right. Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below. Most returns are processed quickly once received.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be returned in original condition, with packaging included
- All returns are subject to inspection; items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be approved
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return
- Only items purchased directly from petpatio.com are eligible for return
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment in accordance with local laws
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
All returns are reviewed to ensure items are unused and in original condition. Returns may not be accepted if items are used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the 30-day return window. petpatio reserves the right to decline returns or limit future transactions in cases of suspected misuse, including excessive or unreasonable return activity.
How will I be refunded?
Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
Looking to exchange?
We don’t process exchanges for online purchases.
Simply return your original item and place a new order for the product you’d like.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process.
Returning a gift?
Gift returns can be issued as a petpatio eGift Card for the value of the returned item.
If a refund to the original form of payment is preferred, the person who purchased the gift must initiate the return.
