We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

How will I be refunded
Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Looking to exchange
We don’t process exchanges for online purchases.
Simply return your eligible item and place a new order for the product you’d like.
Can I cancel my order
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If your order hasn’t entered processing yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through the return process.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover all return costs and refund any original shipping charges.
Returning a gift
Gift returns can be issued as a petpatio eGift Card for the value of the returned item.
If a refund to the original form of payment is preferred, the person who purchased the gift must initiate the return.
