Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier, weather, customs, or other unexpected delays may occur.
Processing & Tracking
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.
Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
Freight Forwarders
Orders delivered to a freight forwarder are considered fulfilled once delivered to the forwarding address. petpatio is not responsible for loss, damage, or other issues that occur after delivery to the forwarding address.
