Free Standard Shipping is available on Canadian orders over $50 CAD. For orders under $50 CAD, Standard Shipping is $10.95 CAD. Nunavut orders ship for a flat rate of $39 CAD on all orders.

Free Standard Shipping is available on United States orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD, Standard Shipping is $7.95 USD.

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If items ship separately, you’ll receive tracking for each package. You’ll also receive email updates showing where your package is.

Yes. Orders delivered to a freight forwarder are considered fulfilled once delivered to the forwarding address. petpatio is not responsible for loss, damage, or issues after delivery to the forwarding address.
