  • All returns are subject to inspection; items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be approved
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return
  • Only items purchased directly from petpatio.com are eligible for return
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment in accordance with local laws
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
