Refund policy

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging included
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be approved
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return
- Only items purchased directly from petpatio.com may be returned to us. Items purchased from another retailer must be returned according to that retailer’s policy.
Return Fees
A $12.95 return fee is deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we’ll cover all return costs and refund any original shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment in accordance with local laws. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos or other information so we can review the issue.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the associated return cost.
