How long does the Base last?
Most customers use the same Base for one month.
For hygiene and performance, do not use beyond two months.
Can the Base handle stool?
Base can handle firm stool.
For soft stool or regular mixed use, add Reset for easier cleanup.
Will the Base damage floors or leak through?
The Base is leak-blocking and designed to protect floors during normal use.
For extra peace of mind, we recommend placing the lid underneath the Base.
Do I need to clean the Base?
The Base does not require cleaning.
When it’s time to refresh the surface, swap in a Refill (Base includes one spare).
What if my dog pees on the side of the Base?
Wipe away any excess liquid and allow the Base to fully air-dry.
Once dry, it’s ready to use again.
How does the Base control odor?
Odor is managed through a layered, breathable system that pulls liquid below the surface to dry naturally.
