Yes. Every CocoTurf includes 2 Refill Mats (1 pre-installed, 1 extra).
How long does CocoTurf last
Every CocoTurf includes approximately 1 month of use. CocoTurf lasts up to 2 months by replacing Refill Mats as needed. Replace the entire CocoTurf after 2 months.
What is Scent Memory™
As your dog uses CocoTurf, their unique scent is stored in Core™, creating Scent Memory™. This helps dogs remember where to potty, even after replacing the Refill Mat.
Will it leak or damage my floors
No. A leak-resistant tray contains moisture to help protect your floors.
Does it use fragrance to control odor
No. Odor is managed through Core™ and Refill Mat changes—not added fragrance or masking agents.
What if my dog has a messy accident?
Swap in a fresh Refill Mat. Optional Liners can make future cleanup easier.
Is it suitable for puppies
Yes. CocoTurf is suitable for puppy training. Optional Liners are available for easier cleanup of heavier messes.
How do I clean it
No daily cleaning required. Swap in a fresh Refill Mat when needed. If you don't have one available, gently pour warm water over the affected area until it appears clean.
What if my dog misses the pad
If your dog misses and urine has spread underneath the box, wipe away any excess and allow airflow underneath until the box is dry (approximately 2 hours).
